Finding Cosmic Balance According to Your Human Design Type

You’re amazing. You have incredible gifts to share with the world. But you’re not going to be able to do this if you’re burnt out and exhausted. Finding your balance is so important to grow your business in a sustainable and blissful way, and Human Design teaches us how to be do this.

So here are some balancing questions to reflect on today, according to your Human Design Type.

Generator/Manifesting Generator: What lights me up? It’s so important for you to do work that truly lights you up. If you’re not enjoying your work you’ll feel drained of energy, uninspired and unbalanced and you’ll end up quitting because you don’t have the energy to see it through. Following your passion will create more balance. Maybe it’s time for a change?

Manifestor: Who will I delegate to? You’re a starter not a finisher. You’re designed to come up with a brilliant idea, informing before you initiate and then hand it over to someone else to drive it forward. You probably feel imbalanced because you’re trying to do everything. Learning how to be a good delegator will bring your life back into balance.

Projector: How many hours am I working a day? You’re not meant to go, go, go all day long. You may find your energy naturally operates in spurts. It’s healthy for you to work when inspired, take rest when your body calls for it, and honour the ebbs and flows of your energy. Listen to your body and you will naturally feel more balanced.

Reflector: Which environments are high vibe and inspiring? You identify with what you are mirroring. So if you’re not careful, you can be prone to feeling exhausted and disappointed in the unjust, inauthentic, conformist and frankly boring aspects of society. The key is for you to remain neutral and surround yourself with communities that you love and who inspire you. Hanging out in high vibe environments will immediately help you feel more balanced.
